Easter Bunny Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries {No Bake Dessert}
With only 5 ingredients and a few simple steps, these sweet strawberry desserts will please everyone!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Strawberries
- 1 Package of 8 oz. Soft Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- ½ Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- Graham Cracker Sticks
Instructions
- Cut off the strawberry stems. Remove the inside of the strawberry with a small knife or strawberry corer tool to create a cup for the filling.
- Trim the pointed strawberry tip with your knife so the strawberry will stand upright. Place on a cookie sheet.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with a mixer until fluffy.
- Place the cream cheese mixture in a pastry bag and pipe into the strawberries.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Only make 4-5 hours before serving or your strawberries will get soggy.
- Right before serving, garnish with a graham cracker stick. Crackers will get soggy if you add these too early.
Deviled Easter Egg Chicks!
Ingredients:
- 12 Eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Optional – Dill, Carrot, Olive for garnish
Instructions:
- With a sharp knife, cut the top third off each egg and remove the yolk.
- Mash the yolks into a fine crumble using a fork. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Refill the larger bottom portion of each egg (using a small spoon or a small zip lock bag with a corner snipped off). Mound the top of the filling and cap with the top egg portions.
- Add a tiny triangle of carrot to each egg for the beak. Use bits of black olives or capers for the eyes.
- You can also insert a sprig of fresh dill into the top cap for a tuft of feathers, if desired.
- Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
No-Bake Chocolate Egg Nest
Ingredients:
- 1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
- 1 (12 oz) bag butterscotch chips, more chocolate chips, or peanut butter chips
- 1 (12 oz) bag chow mien noodles
- Chocolate eggs, M&Ms or Jelly Beans
- Peeps if making bigger nests in the large muffin pan.
Instructions:
- In a large microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Stir in chow mien noodles.
- Spray muffin tins lightly with cooking spray.
- Drop by spoonfuls into a greased muffin tin and mold into nest shapes.
- If you are making the larger nests to fit a peep inside, mold into large greased muffin tins.
- Let set, you can also place in the refrigerator to help them set up quicker.
- Place eggs and/or peeps on top.
