Once again, I wanted to thank you and your staff for an awesome experience. You guys are exceptional and we really appreciate that wonderful service with a smile! Valentina and Volodymyr were both amazing throughout the whole day and everyone loved your hall So much. I know a lot of requests will be going to rent it out. Our family had a memorial dinner at the Cultural Center yesterday. I cannot imagine how the afternoon could have been any more wonderful. Everyone said it was probably the best meal that they had ever had and the service was impeccably elegant. Everything was so beautifully prepared; we couldn't have been happier. I would highly recommend this venue for any function. Prices are more than reasonable and there is ample parking. It is conveniently located close to Toronto, Hamilton, Oakville, Burlington and Mississauga. I was very grateful to have our function handled so professionally. It meant that I was able to enjoy the dinner, speeches and everyone's company free of aggravation and stress.

We loved it. We love SVCC and I so deeply appreciate your help. And your very kind pricing without which we couldn’t have done this. Over 200 toys were donated and the Salvation Army volunteers were there to pick them up. We will be back next year.

It was a true pleasure working with your team again, as well. The Night Manager Valentin was SUPER to work with ! The family platter style was much appreciated by all ! The servers were great with their service ! The food was delicious....my Dad is the pickiest and he keeps saying that "You cannot get food as good as at SVCC food anywhere!". Thought I'd pass that compliment on. Few tables felt they were short on food with the platters but once they asked for some more it was quickly corrected. Some children would have liked ketchup with their chicken fingers but not sure if they asked for it or whether it can be available in the future.

The service was excellent, so was the set up and the food. Your staff was very courteous and pleasant. All our guests were full of praise about the hall, the food and the service. Most of the people, even those from Oakville, were not aware of your facility. You may even get some bookings through them. :)

Saturday was a huge success. The food this year was outstanding, one of the biggest complaints of last year was they didn’t think there was enough…. But this year it was GREAT… I have no negative’s , the only little point I would have is the wait service was a little slow… ( and this was just my observation ) … the wait staff that was working were going as fast as they could, but maybe they were short a few people ?? or maybe it was just me…. I would like to consider re-booking for next year…
